Impact Report

We are thrilled to share our 2023/2024 Impact Report, the first of its kind for the Devonshire Group. Spanning every corner of the organisation, it demonstrates our ongoing commitment to creating meaningful impact across our triple bottom line.

The report builds upon, and shares progress against, our 10 Goals for 10 Years: our ongoing commitment to forging a prosperous, sustainable future for our communities, colleagues, visitors, suppliers and stakeholders. The report then takes a deeper dive into our social, economic and environmental impacts.

Our economic impact reporting framework was developed in partnership with the University of Derby, under a Knowledge Transfer Partnership. Our previous economic impact report, covering 2019/20 to 2021/22, can be found below.

Countless colleagues and volunteers have helped contribute to this impact report, compiling stories and statistics, and dedicating time and energy to making a genuine and measurable difference to the wellbeing of our community and the communities around us.
